SRMCDO NEED YOU TO BE OUR VOLUNTEERS

SRMCDO have many programs, we offers some of the programs to the volunteers who has capacity and availability to help us. You can be a trainer in our English or computers training, involved in our woman development program by finding some ways to help them. Hence contribute and facilitate our ECC, share your idea for our fund raising programs, tours etc. Let's talk to us to hear how can we share and work together to help the community.

Did you ever feel  devoid and useless ? Would you like to share your good knowledge and skills to others? If you have the passion for the poor and would like to do something different by participate with our community development program, then SRMCDO really need you!

SRMCDO has some programs that required your skills, knowledge and experience in order to develop the poor. Kindly send as an email that explains about how you may contribute in our community.

We will help you to find the community that suitable with your need. Provide you decent accommodation and food to live with our community while you are doing the volunteer.

Volunteer English and computer teachers and Community Development Officers

Ms. Lena Rogers is from Australia. She was the potential volunteer English teacher and Community Development Officer for 18 months. She volunteered to teach English to kids, young adults, she helped to write a proposal to Muslim Aid Cambodia to get fund for our organization and she also helped with a lot of projects. During that time, she was the main person to lead our organization. She did excellent jobs. Other volunteers for short times which less than three months.

Students in Steng Thmey who used to study with her will never ever forget her.  After she left, we have continued our English and computer training programs until today. Both programs were funded by Muslim Aid Cambodia for a year in 2010 and we hired Pilipino teachers to teach English. From 2011 until now we have not hired any teachers but we have lots of local and foreign volunteer teachers to continue our programs. They are from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Middle-East, Bangladesh.

We are open volunteer opportunities to all people who want to gain their knowledge and experience. Please do not hesitate to contact us through SRMCDO email in Contact Us.
